Default Blowing 7.5A Fuse(Speedo Cluster Lights) when racing ...Help

Whenever i am racing and i spin my tires, shifting from 1st to second gear, and i guess there is a little wheel hop also, i blow my interior lights fuse, which is the lights in the speedo cluster. Does anyone know why this is happening, does it have something to do with my pulleys, and alternator? Or the wheel hop causing something to short out? Please let me know

I would suggest looking over either the helms manual or the book from acura. This way you can look at everything that is wired up for that fuse. I would think it would be a short or a bad ground somewhere since it only happens when the car hops or shakes when shifting.
Try looking over the wiring diagram under that fuse. I bet that would solve your problem.

do you have a shift light hooked up to your tach? maybe that could be loose and grounding it out?
