best ride quality lowering springs??
i want to lower my 4 door integra and im not trying to slam it just get rid of the 4x4 status lol. whats a decent drop that you can keep the stock shocks and ride still be confertable for daily use. i was thinking of the prokit but that not only pricey but i dont think its enough of a drop...what do you guys think? pics would be great!

Koni Sport shocks (Yellows). Put circlip on lower groove. New shocks (car probably needs them anyway if they are still the original ones), lowered ride height, no change in spring rates to keep the smooth ride quality.
Use the "shock fork trick" for additional front lowering if desired, to give the car a slight rake and balance out the fender gaps.

the pro kit is nothing more than a cut stock spring.
the springs that fix the massive understeer problem base off itr rates. the tein h tech or s tech are great for the integra. the eibach sportline is another good one but check pics before you buy on all 3, that way you get an idea of the lowering.

I have the sportlines W/ KYB browns. Rides good, and handles well. It could drop another 1-1 1/2 inches up front though....

If you're going to keep the stock shocks, get Prokits. If you can't even swing $200, you shouldn't even be messing with the suspension.

you can do better than the pro kit on stock shocks. the tein h tech has much better rates and a moderate drop. stock shock compatibility is good
do agree with lower drop springs and stock shocks. s techs or sportlines may be a bit floaty with the stock shocks, not to mention they will likely have a short life.

Re: best ride quality lowering springs??
I had tokico blues and skunk2 springs on my DC for years that I got off of my buddies 97 ek and it felt just as smooth as stock. Loved every minute of it!!
On my stock 14in steelies I had about 2 finger gap or so. So I suggest Skunk2

Re: best ride quality lowering springs??
BTW itr shocks are different... (at least the back one's) IMO koni yellows or Tien or a different good brand of shocks are a must. I have some koni yellows on my prelude with H&R springs , and its low and pretty smooth ride.
