Counter-clockwise. BTW, you are going to need a tool to hold the pulley, because the pulley bolt is torqued to 130 ft/lbs.

just get a buddy to put the car in 5th and hold down the brake hard.. then use an impact gun to get it off.. if your impact gun (and air compressor) is strong enough.. it will come right off... and yes its counter-clockwise.

If it has been a long time since that pulley bolt has been removed, it might take much more than 130 ft/lbs to get it off. If you can't get it off, you can take it to your local shop and have them take their air gun on it to break it loose for you, some will do it free or for a few bucks. Then have them retorque it to around 120 ft/lbs and you will be all set at home.
