Default B18/B20 rocker arm problem

This is the second time I've seen this problem and I'm wondering if anyone else has.

Both engines are boosted non-VTEC B18's. When revving them to 7k, it seems the rocker arm nuts are coming loose somehow. They are extremely tight when the valve adjustments are done but after a few hard pulls, they start to tick very loud.

Both cars have stock cams and valvetrain.

Maybe throw a little Loctite on them? I don't think that would harm anything. Also be sure to torque them down to 18 lb-ft. Don't overdue it as they tend to break fairly easily.
