Default ATF change on a 96 LS

I have to change the ATF of a 4 speed 96 LS and was wondering if there wer any online guides to help me out? Do I need to drop the pan to get most of the old fluid out? If so do I need any gaskets, and what fluid should I use? I hear Hondas are very picky about ATF and PSF. Is there an ATF filter withing the tranny that needs to be replaced? Anything else I should keep my eye out for?
thanks

Teamintegra.net had a guide on how to do it. There should be some magnets in pan if I'm not mistaken. What will you be changing the fluid with?

You can't drop the the pan on the auto transmission and you don't need to change the filter. All you need to do is remove the drain bolt located on the passenger side. Let the fluid drain out and then refill with new ATF. Remeber, this method only replaces about 30% of the fluid. If you want to do a complete flush you could either do a "triple flush" or have the transmission flushed using a machine. Last, remember to only use Honda ATF, because of the z1 additive in it.

Hmm if I use a mighty vac can I get rid of the fluid in the torque converter? I've never heard of the term "triple flush". Is that just running trany fluid through the system a few times until you clear out all the old fluid? How much ATF do you guys think I would need?
thanks

I suppose you have experience that suggest otherwise?

one last bump for the mighty vac idea and for the general amount of fluid I will need. Im guessing 4 quarts should be enough.

If you are going to a drain a refill, you'll need 2.9 qts.
