ANyone have a pic of an Integra Type R cd player? Or a civic TYpe R cd player????
Im wondering if the cd player I have in my car is really an integra type r cd player, I bought it from a friend of mine, and he told me it was. But it does look like a 99 civic si cd player.
So anyone have any pic of some ITR or CTR cd players? Post up asap!

The real ones have a carbon fiber face, just like the interior of the itr.
Let's hope you didn't pay for just a normal black head unit.

Re: (.brian.)
The USDM ITR cd players ones look exactly like the ones the GSRs and LSs came with except for that they are AMBER. it has Acura on it since it is the Acura Integ here. JDM ones are the Gathers and those don't have the FM. (correct me if i'm wrong guys)

Does it work? Does it sound good? Does it look good? Are you happy with the price?
If u are, then who cares, enjoy ur new CD player!
JDM does have FM, you just need to get a converter to allow it to work outside japan

You probably got an Si radio. If it says Honda Acoustic Feedback, then it's a BB6 radio. My Type-R radio says Acura on it.

It's definitely not from an ITR (or any Integra, for that matter). It clearly came out of a Honda, and it looks extremely similar to the Prelude unit, except for the lack of "Acoustic Feedback System" labeling.

CTRs never came with this radio. You have an EM1 radio.

There's no need for an expensive aftermarket deck if you only have two door speakers.

Don't for get that it's a simple install. No wiring to do or adapter kit to buy. I put one in my girlfriend's Accord in about 15 minutes. I'm debating taking the aftermarket unit out of my Teg and putting in an OEM unit just for a cleaner look. I'm not a fan of all the new silver decks with blue lights that are on the market at the moment.

now you guys know how i do it lol.
I got a system. but you would never know
Factory s2000 cdplayer up in thur. then a 12inch DHD dual voice coil sub with a 900wat Rockford fosgate mono 1ch amp, pioneer mids and highs, and soon to come, an 800wat pioneer amp for my mids and hgihs. all running off the stock cd player with speaker wire - rca adapters for the sub.
sub and amp are hidden unless u lift the trunk
