Default Anyone with a '00+ GS-R and a JRSC?

I was wondering if there was any differences between the installation of a JRSC on a '99 and a '00 GS-R. The parts guy at the Acura dealer said something about the wiring being slightly different. Does anyone know? If it is different, what are the differences?

Thanks. I'm installing my JRSC tomorrow. =D

Thanks for the encouragement. The JRSC is in and running GREAT!

Probably gonna dyno it and try to tune it this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes.

the wiring may be different, just get a wiring diagram and splice it up

It took us a 4 days. Day 1 and 2 was all bout the install, could have been finished by then but we spent a few hours looking for dropped bolts and nuts. Then day 3 was a check engine light with the o2 sensor wire that came loose. Other than that the car only took about 2.5 days to finish. Pretty good considering none of us installed a jrsc before.

I hear you. Took me 2 full days and all of one night. I worked through it on Friday and Sunday and still wasnt done, so SGT dropped by and we ended up finishing it up from 3AM-10AM! What a pain in the *** that install is! Ive still got some bugs to work out...getting a lot of hesitation. May be a fuel issue or a bad 02 sensor, maybe.

After driving around in the car by myself for one day... all I gotta say is... the thing is SSSSIIIIICCCKKKK!!!!

There's power everywhere across the entire power band.... starting from low low rpms.

Heheheh.. can't wait to drive the thing again tomorrow morning.
