99 Teg Dome Light Issue
Hello I have a 99 Integra and my dome light isn't working bulb is still good and fuse is still good but won't turn on what can it be

Pull the bulb, test for power at the bulb holder, should be hot at all times, if good check for ground on other terminal with a door open. 94
