94 integra won't start after it rains.
After a every night of raining when I go to start my baby. It just won't turn over. The starter sounds fine and makes every noise it should except the engine turning over. After a few hours of drying out it starts fine. Seems to happen more so when the car is parked facing downhill.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it might be something electrical that is getting wet....happen to me one time that i was trying to clean out my engine bay and i let the distubator get wet....takes a little while for it to dry and start.
