94 to 98+ front and rear bumpers and headlights....??

94 to 98+ front and rear bumpers and headlights....??
Does anyone know what else is needed to do the conversion other than the actual bumper covers and the 98+ headlights? Do I need any special brackets for the new bumpers or headlights? Any help would be great, thanks...
