90 LS problems
ill try to explain everything as best i can as far as the problems.
it all started when i let my friend drive the car and he was trying to show off and do a burnout and when he rev'd it up and dumped the clutch it just stalled out. after letting it sit for a minute went to restart it and it didn't do anything. let it sit for about 5 minutes and *click click* but didn't start. another 5 minutes and it started right up and drove fine.
yesterday im driving and i take off in 1st gear and as soon as i hit like 3k RPM's it threw a CEL and died. started it back up and it started and as soon as it tried to idle it died out. waited a few minutes it started and stayed running, went to drive and again hit 3k RPM's and it died out. gave it about 5 minutes and it ran fine and i got it home.
later that night i decided to take it for a little drive and see if i could figure anything out. starts right up at my house and drives good. i stop on a street, shut it off and go to restart and same thing, turn the key and nothing. wait a few minutes starts up but dies at idle. wait a few more minutes starts up and runs fine.
any ideas guys??

Re: 90 LS problems (LSintegra1990)
Well, the first question seems to be a result of the main relay. These have been known to cause hot-start problems around the time your car was manufactured and the problem probably can be corrected simply by replacing this part which can be bought at a Honda dealer for about $50.
(i found that posted on a different site anyone know anything about it?)
