Default 5th gear

i noticed my 5th gear obviously is a crusing gear and wont go much faster than 120 .... is the ls gear shorter ?

What car do you have? The GSR gears are shorter. The LS/GS/RS gears are the same. Does your car just run out of power at 120mph? I'm pretty sure there isn't a speed governor. I know I dont have one on my GSR.

Is your ECU JDM? most JDM ecus have a 120mph cut off.

yeah thats true. My cutoff was at 120 but i changed my ecu

ya it just has loss of power at 120 ... im pretty sure its not jdm...
envision- which ecu did you change to?

wow i reached 133 in my da and its stock could of went more but the road was bumpy .

yea i know.but it was 4 in the morning and empty highway just wanted to see how fast my da can go

I completely agree. In North Dakota however, it is rather safe seeing as there are no people inhabiting this God forsaken cold plain. My GSR will easily clip 140mph...with plenty of juice left. Redline limited by my calculation based on gearing and tires, it should run out of steam around 168mph with my Falkens and 172mph with my BFG Drag Radials. I do not plan to find out though
