I put the skunk 2 manifold and TB on and hooked everything back up accordingly but it's revving high. Like if it wasn't for my launch control it'd probably be up to 6k. Does anyone have any idea what's the problem? The tps is set right and the map sensor is on and there isn't any leaks that I can find.

You have a leak from either the manifold gasket, throttle body, or the fuel injector seals. Very simple to fix.

I think it's from the throttle body honestly. I checked it today. I just pulled it off and put the original back on until I can get a gasket due all the performance shops that carry them are closed till tomorrow.

did you not put a gasket on in the first place?

You should have put a fresh intake manifold gasket according to the head you have and a throttle body gasket; and make sure you tighten down each bolt (especially on the intake manifold) to spec and in order. Then check all vacuum hoses for holes and what not. Also check that your throttle cable is not too tight. At rest it should have slight play.

do those and you should be good
