1995 Integra RS resto/build
April of 10' I picked up a bone stock one owner RS. car lot took it in on trade and i haggled the price down a bit and after tax and lic. BS I was on the road for 2200 even. Clean title one owner...
on the test drive i noticed it needed a major tune up.200+ miles and lady owned, wasn't in the best mech. shape.
things that needed replaced right away
axles,brakes,OIL,
things broke
antenna,pass. side mirror
so when home i started looking for parts.
Right away it got
97 black gsr mirrors
97 gsr tan leather interior
98+ all red tails
Got on ebay and went to town ordering parts
skunk2 race springs
hard race shifter bushings
99' cluster "showed up broke" gay
I priced out what i wanted to replace engine wise for a tune up and realized it adds up fast so what to do in that situation? oh just oder a B20B from japan. 505.00 shipped to my door that was pretty bad ***. BUT, it's the tall mani low compression B20B. oh well, the way i see it it's got around 30k and should have every bit of power a high mileage b18. so in it went.only thing i didn't do at the time was a new clutch. regret regret regret.. i hate having to do clutches but oh well i was broke nothing i could do.
soon after,
8k hids,
3k halogen high beams,
JVC HD stereo,
ES engine mount inserts
GSR strut bar
GSR floor mats
axles,hoses,gaskets
amber corners quickly changed to black corners
painted my hubcaps black, now regret it.
CMC and CSC
drove like this for the rest of summer thru winter and got the itch to keep adding. so i got more
got sick of the blown oem speakers so i bought matching JVC two ways front and rear
bought an oem antenna mast
black leather wrapped GSR steering wheel
01' LS cams 5 spd
6 puck clutch kit just came in the mail
password jdm cam seal, in black
stainless steel clutch line
oem VC gasket
In the mail
RSX aluminum round shift ****
OEM Clear fog light kit
93-94' SIR lip
thats it for now, going to re list everything a bit better soon and throw up alot of pics soon. here are some pics for now in the next post... let me know what ya think..

Re: 1995 Integra RS resto/build
The night I brought it home, 6 hr trip one way... well worth it tho in my opinion.
cleaned up, next day.
Bone stock, very nice.
Skunk2 race springs. could be lower, but I like the ride.
Painted the caps, sprayed the side moldings. Not to bad.
yanked the high mileage LS, replaced with a low mileage B20B.
little bit of cleaning. never hurts.
my buddy who supplied the garage tools and pure gayness. priceless...
The new engine put in
Can't forget a pic of the b20b how it came.
found out non RS clusters don't work right, so i tore apart mine and the 99' and made a all black cluster by just putting the gauges in the stock RS bucket. this pic doesn't show that. but you get the idea.
here's a pic of it all washed up, with the 99' tails. coming together...
don't have a better pic of the interior but it's all 97' gsr tan leather. w/ tweets
here's a pic of the lights. 8k low 3k high.
newly added gsr strut bar. strangely didn't fit perfect. not sure why.
here's a pic of the 3k lows. figured i'd try em out since the HID bulbs were 12 bucks shipped.
just a random pic on a rainy day.
more to come,a new SIR lip,RSX shift ****,DC2 fog lights, may do a write up on my clutch install.

nope, used my 95' manifolds, harness, injectors, dizzy and ecu. runs perfect.
yes i did use my old struts. the car isn't really that low. but the struts were already blown. I managed to pick up a complete set of 00' gsr front and rear disk brakes with oem struts and H&R sport springs for 200 bucks. sold the springs to my buddy for 50,sold the disk swap 2 days later for 180. made money and got 50k 00' gsr struts. they ride smooth. altho i hope to switch to tokico yellows in the near future.

Re: 1995 Integra RS resto/build
still trying to find time to put on everything that has come so far. New deadline tho, march 18th. gotta get at least the clutch in and broke in before then. a buddy and I are gonna run RS's against each other for fun. his is bone stock, mine is too with exception of the B20... i don't want to lose, so my slipper clutch and gay auto cam needs swapped asap..... this is the one time he'll run slow car against slow car, then who knows. maybe boost soon after... i can't even imagine running 15's or 16's after what his race hatch runs.. 9's.... should be way gay for him lol

Re: 1995 Integra RS resto/build
ok, so i've been way way sidetracked, still... but, i did put the lip on. the damn fog lights, they just don't fit. may be why they are 1/3 the price of oem. so sometime soon i'm gonna fab my own brackets. cleaned up the car and went for a drive. took some pics..

Re: 1995 Integra RS resto/build
i found it on ebay, 75 shipped. but JDMShit.com has the same one but better for like a 100.00 shipped i think. This one isn't bad, it's got 4 tabs on the bottome that bolts to the bumper. very securely too. If I had seen the one on JDMShit.com first i would have bought it. it has way more mounting tabs. but so far so good. it's polyurethane so i doubt i'll have any issues...

Re: 1995 Integra RS resto/build
if i end up buying another car for a daily, i might gut this car out and start building it into a track/street car. altho, for an RS this car is pretty heavy. just weighed it today with me in the car half a tank of gas it was 2760 lbs. no wonder this stock B20 doesn't go like i thought it should.
