LOL hahahaha that coolant hose was hilarious, Nice always loved the old gen GSR,
I am curiouse to ask why the first spoon wheel was a scam, i know theres replicas but how did you come to the conclusion its fake? i know there made by Momo and have the all black center cap but please elabrate the difrences.
Your OEM DOT crate B17 short block should come with a water pump already installed. I have two DOT Type r b18C5 crate blocks and they come fully assembeld with oil, water pump. as well as internals of course.

Re: 1993 DB2 slow "restore, build, project"
the part of it being a scam was he came onto the spoon classifieds posted up that he got ripped off the day before and needed to sell his wheel and hub to recoupe the money. so i bought the wheel, other man bought the hub. then the a few hours later i got wise and google image searched the pics he used, turns out they were from a sale thread on here 4 years ago. so i went to ask why and he had deleted his facebook page already. so me and the other guy put a reversal on the payments immediately and they refunded us within a minute. so im guessing his email has a bad taste in the mouth of paypal as well..
well that is that part...
also started dissasembly since the new short block will be here this week, so i gotta get the car torn down so i can do a brake tuck, and get everything cleaned and painted for the new engine **sorry the quality of photos goes from HD to Iphone lol**

owe man thats scetchy! reason i asked is i got one from here a few years ago but is authentic. And both pics you showed looked authentic lol
Did you say you got a new water pump for the new block? cause like i stated i think your new block should come complete with a water pump so hopefully you could return the pump.
brake tuck :p i always admired the look of a oem car i vote leave the tucking alone haha restore it as stock as possible.

i don't mind the oem, but i HATE ABS.. if anything i will atleast do the RS brake lines as they don't have ABS. but that big abs cluster **** really annoys me since i am trying to build a clean clean car

Re: 1993 DB2 slow "restore, build, project"
today i removed that ugly rear wiper, and did some more tear down up front. decided once everything is out, and i get all my tucking done of things i don't want to keep. i will let her sit till i can swing a paint job. cuz i don't wanna buy all kinds of nice suspension pieces and a traction bar and all that stuff and get over spray all over my goodies.. lol..
