01 Integra Key
Today, my gf was telling me that my 01 Integra key worked on my 91 Accord. So I go out there and start it up with the integra key. Sure enough, the Accord started up the first three times but after 3 successful tries, it wouldn't start anymore. Can someone explain why my Integra key worked on my Accord?

it's something that works with some keys/cars and some not. can't explain it. my friend started his '99 Si with my '99 GSR key.

well you have to remember their the same car manufacturer and they only have a certain amount/combination of keys/locks which is limited by the lock and tumblers... I guess if they wanted to change the entire lock/tumbler mechanisms every couple years they could.. but they probably don't see a need to....
