the strange part it starts working perfectly fine once in a while for maybe 5 minutes. and then goes back to normal.(sluggish light throttle)

today when I was leaving form class about half way home it suddenly felt full power for maybe 3 blocks and then stopped.

suddenly its like oh **** no lag when taking off at the stop light.
but I didn't see anything suspicious on the scangauge during that time

damn my harness was pretty bad
almost every sensor connector had open wires right at the connector.
primary o2 heater pin backed out about half way so probably wasn't making good contact.
so far feels better with new harness

so after all that sht

turns out the fuel pump was wrong

I don't know which one was in it but it was too big
I put stock 80lph pump and everything is runnin smooth now.
it could have been higher lph pump that caused ecu to overcompensate and cut down too much fuel

well it was a short lived victory

**** is back to doing it again after about a week of driving fine
seems like theres a evil mothafuckin ecu hidden in the car that keeps compensating for every repair I do. and is back to lean light throttle now. exactly same way it was before I replaced with correct fuel pump..
im completely out of ideas

it is very noticeable btw im not being paranoid and wouldn't even worry if it was a slight lean spot...

I swear this car is fcking with me

replaced IACV and its driving great AGAIN.
will see in a week. I don't trust this **** no more.

every time I replace a part it drives good for a week and starts hesitating again.

So have you tried putting the car back to stock form?

How much more stock do you want me to put it.

Its a 4-2-1 header with stock cat and stock obd2 ecu and 2 inch catback..

The issue is not with boltons.
i know that for sure.
It could be the fact that the head is slightly ported. very similar to type-r hand porting
Theres a small lean spot in exactly same rpm and it gets worse after hot restart
It goes away before car reaches close to operating temp.

the wideband shows normal afr readings everywhere except when it goes lean

Can it be faulty iab switch opening the secondary butterflies slightly during light throttle vacuum change?

and after about 2-3 months of no codes I got same 2 codes again

p0133 and p0420

they show up at very random times and every few months for no apparent reason

everything has been replaced already except the rear o2 sensor which seems to be working when I look at scan gauge it acts as it should .

I still feel like its an electrical problem just don't know where its coming from

since it was doing same thing when b16 was in it with stock b16 ecu and different cat
