95 Civic EX SRS Light always on?
Just trying to figure out why my SRS light is always on. I believe that means my airbags are currently not functioning. How can I resolve this issue?

You should try and search. This is a write up I found in the Accord forums. Civics should be the same if not similar.

These diagrams are for 96-00 Civics (the SRS codes are for 96-97 Civics only), though the information likely also pertains to a 95 Civic (see also FAQs sticky):

Re: 95 Civic EX SRS Light always on?
I tried to pull my codes on my 98 civic cx hatch, but after jumping the service connector, my cel lights blink giving me my dtc codes for the cel, but my srs light just stays solid. also, when i try to do the reset procedure, after jumping the reset plug, and turn the ignition to on, it doesn't even go out (just stays solid) so that i can open and close the circuit to reset it. what can i do to troubleshoot my problem? any help is appreciated. thanks

I don't know if this helps but on
My honda CRV the light stayed on all the
Time and the problem ended up been there was a bulky
Object under the seat that making the light go on
For some reason it triggers a sensor or something
